When you submit a request through Local Roof Cost, we share your contact information with licensed roofing contractors in your area so they can provide you with estimates. This sharing may be considered a "sale" under the CCPA.

- Property address
- Project details you provide
How to Opt Out
You can exercise your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information by:
Send an email to privacy@www.localroofcost.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Information" and include your full name and email address used for any submissions.
If you have not yet submitted information, you can simply choose not to fill out forms on our website. You can still browse our cost guides and informational content.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once you opt out:
- We will no longer share your personal information with contractors
- You may still receive communications from contractors who already received your information before the opt-out request
- You can still use our website for informational purposes
- If you submit a new request in the future, you will need to opt out again
Your Other Rights
California residents also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it's used
- Access the specific personal information we have collected
- Delete your personal information (subject to exceptions)
